Doug Makishima is a seasoned C-level executive with deep experience in AI, HPC & cloud edge computing, wireless mobile communications, IoT, networking & storage, e- commerce and blockchain technologies. He has a solid track record of delivering and collaborating with telecom operators, enterprises, mobile device OEMs, infrastructure vendors, and SoC / IC vendors. As interim CEO, Mr. Makishima will be strictly focused on project prioritization, accelerating near-term revenue, capturing immediate commercialization of opportunities, and increasing enterprise value. Mr. Makishima has held senior management positions at leading companies such as AMD, D2 Technologies, Intoto, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Auspex and Adaptec. He was also involved in several mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of WiFi startup Netwave Technologies by Bay Networks & Nortel, and during his engineering career, developed patented storage IC technology (patent# 5,659,690). Mr. Makishima is currently a member of both the TSC and EUC of the Linux Foundation's CAMARA project for Telco NaaS APIs, and advisor for the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF), and has actively participated on several industry standards committees focused on wireless, networking, communications and storage standards. For nearly 10 years, he was a voting member of the IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi committee. Mr. Makishima is a frequent speaker at major industry events including GSMA MWC, MEF, CES, and CTIA Wireless. He holds a BSEE from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Donatas Varnas brings his operational and IT product management experience to ECOBLOX. With numerous years of experience in the tech startup space, investing in digital assets and building blockchain products, Mr. Varnas’ business and technical expertise is a natural fit for high performance supercomputers and Artificial Intelligence products.  Mr. Varnas is also active as a real estate private equity and tech venture capital investment advisor. He helps connect international investment firms with off-market real estate and technology opportunities in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East. Mr. Varnas believes the world is changing to decentralized computing allowing companies of any size to bring innovative, and world changing applications and solutions to market faster at less cost. From computing power in eyeglasses or contact lenses to systems designed to extend human longevity and space exploration, today’s systems are more powerful, yet smaller and portable. He is a recipient of an investment from the dApp Fund (decentralized applications investment fund) and built smart contract systems. He received his MSc in Business Administration and Information Systems (E-business) from the Copenhagen Business School.

Mario Vojvoda is a tech executive with three decades of professional experience. He has held CTO and CIO positions in his career with Deutsche Telecom and crypto currency companies. Mr. Vojvoda is also CEO and founder of FiveGrid.io, a blockchain company which developed an open-source security token offering platform. He is formerly a partner of Photomath which was acquired by Google. Mr. Vojvoda obtained his BSc in telecommunications and informatics from the University of Zagreb and is President of the NK Samobor football club based in Croatia.

Theo Valich is a technology executive and high-performance computing leader with a distinguished track record in advanced GPU and CPU architectures and large-scale infrastructure deployment. He has spearheaded the development of multiple national supercomputers and has been at the forefront of AI and high-performance computing innovation for over two decades. As BLOX Holding CEO, Mr. Valich will focus on high-level global strategic opportunities and overarching fundraising initiatives for the holding group's operational companies (OpCos). Mr. Valich will directly spearhead major, macro-level initiatives, including strategic infrastructure projects, semiconductor ecosystem manufacturing opportunities, and international strategic joint ventures. In addition to his technical leadership, Mr. Valich served as CEO of a Swiss-based multifamily holding company, supporting strategic investments and digital transformation initiatives across rapidly growing Middle Eastern markets. Throughout his career, he has held Chairman and Board Director roles, as well as executive leadership positions including CTO, COO, and strategic advisor for companies across the United States and Europe. Mr. Valich began his career in virtual game development, contributing to Formula 1 racing titles before co-founding a digital media publishing company focused on graphics technologies, computing platforms, advanced video production, and CPU innovation.
