The Big Picture: Scaling the BLOX Holding Company

To capitalize on macro-infrastructure opportunities worldwide and oversee our expanding corporate ecosystem, we have established a centralized leadership structure at the holding company level:

• Theo Valich – Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Moving from his role as ECOBLOX CEO, Theo will now focus on high-level global strategic opportunities and overarching fundraising initiatives for our operational companies (OpCos). He will directly spearhead major, macro-level initiatives, including strategic infrastructure projects, semiconductor ecosystem manufacturing opportunities, and international strategic joint ventures.
• Donatas Varnas – Group Chief Operating Officer (COO): Donatas will oversee global operations across the entire portfolio, keeping his primary operational focus on scaling ECOBLOX into a global powerhouse.
• Mario Vojvoda – Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Mario will direct our overarching technological roadmap, cross-platform software orchestration, and hardware ecosystem integration at the holding level.
• Doug Makishima – Group Chief Growth Officer (CGO): Doug will lead our global market expansion, commercial strategy, and ecosystem partnerships for the broader group.

Accelerating ECOBLOX: Building a Predictable Engine for Growth

In tandem with his group-level responsibilities, Doug Makishima will assume the role of Interim CEO of ECOBLOX at the operational level.

Doug’s mandate is clear: guide ECOBLOX through its next critical chapter of corporate maturity. He will be strictly focused on project prioritization, accelerating near-term revenue, capturing immediate commercialization opportunities and increasing enterprise value.

Under Doug’s leadership, ECOBLOX will establish repeatable, institutionalized operating systems across:

• Sales execution and pipeline development
• Product delivery and deployment
• Financial management and corporate governance
• Leadership development to support a highly scalable corporate structure
